also, just in case any of you were wondering, mine is the “femme” in large… it usually looks a tad more fitted than what it may appear in this photo – because I wear it all the time (!) so it’s a little stretched out and needs a wash to tighten it back up.
Nice! Former Franconia street Bernal Heights resident. In 1989, that four bedroom, two car garage house on a hill, where on a clear day you could see the planes landing at Oakland airport… $1150 a month. Ahhhh! Kill me. Each of our rents were $287.50 a month. Can you even imagine?
Actually when I *first* moved to SF in ‘96, I lived over on Virginia St. for $289! Except I was sharing w/ 3 other people, 1 bathroom and my bedroom was the size of a closet. Your place was much nicer for that price I’m sure. Shit, your entire rent was cheaper than what I pay now for my teeeny little 1 bedroom! aaah, the price we pay to live in SF.
