No, can’t say that I have. Some look pretty good, though: I’ll have to read some of them. For now I’m still on Ellen Degeners’(sp?) book. =)

sarah is the best book ever. i don’t have it anymore, tho. have you read any camden joy? you would like him as he weaves actual musicians (david lower and liz phair) into completely fictional stories that involve himself. i have Boy Island and The Last Rockstar.

(p.s. i;m kinda watching this movie right now called Phantoms, its a really bad horror flick, and it has rose mcgowan, ben affleck and liev schrieber(love him!) in it. its so bad.)

nice, I’ll totally borrow one of those from you Hez! I just borrowed Oranges Aren’t the Only Fruit from a friend tonite, but it looks like a quick read.

Awesome on the bad horror flick. Awww ya, Saturday nights! I just got done watching Maria Full of Grace. So intense, but sooo good.

  4. Fraud is hysterical. You won’t go wrong there.

Did you find a copy of High Fidelity? I thought I saw it on your list, but it seems to be gone. I’m reading it at the moment, if you want it when I’m done.

  6. I don’t have any of those books, but given my recent romantic tribulations, I was hoping “Understanding Comics” was about something else altogether ;)

This was recommended to me from this girl I’m dating, she’s got a great sense of humor among other fantastic qualities…

Anyhow, it’s called “I Love Everybody” by Laurie Notaro. The book’s linked above.
