charged up…
anyone got an extra 15″ powerbook battery they could lend me? It’d be handy to have on my long string of flights I have coming up! SF peeps only need apply, as I’ve only got 24 hours to nab one. Worth a shot though as it’d be sweet! Thanks

Are you flying UA to JFK from SFO? If you are on the non-stop there is in-seat power and you don’t even need an adpater.
i’ve got one on my old powerbook i’ll lend you. send me an email reminder.
I looked the UA flight up on my database and that’s a P.S.(sm) flight, which has in-seat power but you will need a special power adaptor for your laptop which you can buy at the airport. Willo- if you want to email me a copy of your itenerary I can look everything up in my airline databse and crap (that I’m not really supposed to have hehe =x) and I can fill you in on all the details.
If you’re on a P.S flight you don’t need a special adapter :)
On their B747, 777, 767, and on outfitted Airbus you need the adapate and must be traveling in First or Business. On P.S. there is in-seat power in all cabins of service.
i’m flying jetblue from oakland to JFK!!!!!!!!!!
and then delta from nyc to toronto & back
You know, we sell a – I think it’s Kensington? – car/air power adapter at Apple Retail. I’m at Old Orchard, but our stores are pretty much stocked the same. So at SF I think it’ll also run you about $79?
Cheers, and Happy Traveling!
