let the holiday shopping begin!
As always I’m finding myself in the first week of December thinking “crap!” because I haven’t hardly even thought about this whole Christmas thing. Part of me is even a bit of a Scrooge because every year it honestly feels like more than I can deal with on top of all the other work & life responsibilities I’m trying to tackle. But then I find the perfect gift for a friend, and we plan to have a fun dinner together to celebrate, and all the overflowing holiday love and joy comes flooding back.
I will tell you though, I refuse to step foot downtown this year and am going to try to do most of my shopping online. Well, online and at various craft fairs around the city. Support your local creatives! And here’s hoping we all don’t go too crazy over the next 30 days. :)
