playing with iMovie

The more you edit, the crazier it gets. This one doesn’t read so well near the end, but I was too lazy to capture more video to fix it… so whatevs. I’m just playing around & trying to learn.
I’m definitely finding that I want more controls though… especially when it comes to adding a soundtrack. I might have to really start getting into this video editing thing!

Ah the next thing you need is Final Cut pro. Thats how they drag you in….

If you have the iMovie that came with iLife 08, you can download iMovie HD6 from Apple for free. Check it out if you haven’t. It’s more powerful than 08, fer sher.

okay, you are brilliant! The ideas I just got! (runs off to start somethin…)
actually I *do* have that one (HD)! My iSight doesn’t work with it – but I could always capture & then take it over into there for more editing capabilities. I could probably get my hands on Final Cut & After Effects too if I find I get really into it.
